Personal Information: Here at RicoCoco, we are a small business and will only use your personal information for shipping your product, and emailing you a deal every now and then. For all Sales we only keep your name and your email on record.
Online Payment information: is processed through either Stripe.com for our online credit card transactions and also Paypal. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for any other enquiries on the subject as we do not hold any information.
Over the Phone Information: Credit Card Payments over the phone will be recorded for a short period of time until payment has cleared and processed through our Eftpos system "Live Eftpos". Over the phone payments will only be done for special non-regular wholesale deals, all other payments should be done online. Please advise if you would like us to record your details for future purchases.

Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS for Chocolate Tea: We do not refund due to health reasons. We are selling Chocolate Tea product, and damage to the Boxes, Bags or Tins in transit is not covered. If you do have a worry with our chocolate tea shells please contact us and we will do our best to help the situation.
CANCALLATIONS & REFUNDS for Glass Cups: No Refunds. Our glass Cups are manufactured in china which shows signs of bulk manufacturing and we take no responsibility for any manufacturing faults. We will not refund, and will only replace if arrived by Australia Post Broken with evidence, New postage cost for replacement is responsibility of customer.
CANCALLATIONS & REFUNDS for all other products: No Refunds. All products are checked before being sent out, if you do have an issue, missing pieces or have a concern please contact us and we will see what we can do with a replacement.
MARKET STALL / IN-STORE SALES: All Sales abide by the same Online Order T&C Regulations.
RISK OF LOSS FOR ORDERS: Once you have provided your Shipping Address in the checkout process you hereby release us from any liability in the event you have put a incorrect delivery address &/or fail to collect from delivery address provided. The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is sent for delivery to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. Although we do try to make our clients happy, we have no obligation to replace or refund a product due to Posting defects.
PRICING : All prices shown on the Site are in AU Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you, provided changes made after your order is submitted will not apply so don't worry!
Prices will change due to the US Dollar when different shipments arrive for us or if packaging is increased which is out of our control.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery of your order. COUPON CODES: We allow you to use discount codes on the Site strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which they were issued. Please do not contact us asking to change your order if you checkout without applying your coupon code, this is not our responsibility unfortunately. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with the terms of the coupon code provided to you.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISING: If you are a wholesaler and wish to re-sell our product and would like to do any sort of promotion we require you to first provide us a copy of what is to be advertised. This can be on Flyers, Photos, Website, Social Media (please just tag us). We don't have a problem with our clients promoting for us, its a great benefit, but would just like to make sure our product is being marketed in the correct way without tarnishing the brand of RicoCoco and just so we know about it!
